Parker 381 Hose is used for Spraying Hot Asphalt Tack Oil Slurry Emulsion Paving Materials. The Paving Oil Spreading Hose inner tube is made of Black Nitrile dsigned to withstand high temperatures of 90° to 130° from Asphalt Tack Oil Slurry Pots. Can be used to spread Hot Tar with Hot Tar Asphalt Tack Oil Spray Wand. The Steel Sprayer Pipe and Hot Handle Assembly is Made In America. The Spray Wand with Hot Handle is made from high quality
components. Overall length is 5 ft. 7 Gallons per minute. Viton
Seal O'Ring Valve. 150 PSI rated. Up to 400 degree
valve packing. Steel Pipe components and Brass Spray
Nozzle.
High Temperature Spray Hose for Hot Tar Asphalt Tack Oil or the Teflon Tubed Stainless Steel Cover Hose (not shown) are optional and available in any length. An Air Hose is used to blow out remaining Hot Tar Emulsion Materials after use. Due to intense high temperatures, Quick Coupler disconnects seals are not suitable with this devise.
Important Note: The Sprayer Wand is rated up to 400°F, yet the hose is not designed to exceed Parker's temperature range of +212°F degrees Hot Materials Slurry Emulsion usage. In addition, this hose should not be selected for Hot Tar Roofing applications which may exceed 500°F.
Always wear protective face shields, gloves and clothing when handling hot emulsion material devises. Also, be sure to blow out the wand and hose assemblies with high pressure air after each use. Be sure to complete the maintenance prior to emulsions cool down.
Standard hose assemblies come in 1/2" x 10', 12', 16', 20'. Custom lengths
are available.
