Minimum Purchases:
U.S.A. and Canada orders are $150. Visa, Master Card, American Express cards, Government Purchase Orders, Business Checks, Electronic Bank Funds Transfers and Pay Pal Invoice by e-mail with a Verified Pay Pal account.
Minimum Purchases for International Order are $250. Electronic Bank Funds Transfers and PayPal Invoice by e-mail with a Verified PayPal accounts.
Some Factory/Suppliers require higher Minimum Order amounts.
Prices and Tariff charges are subject to change without notice.
Purchases exceeding $2,500. Payments by Bank Funds Electronic Transfers or Business Checks in advance accepted.
All chain, cable or hose
assemblies are non returnable and non cancelable. There would be no resale value to other customers. In
addition, any products that are designed
for lifting or tie down are non returnable, again simply
for safety purposes and that the manufacturer will not
allow returns for these types of products
.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. No freight is allowed on any shipments. "Grand Total" does not include shipping, which is later added to the order when shipping costs are known. Seller does not guarantee a particular date of shipment or delivery of the goods sold. Shipment of goods dates quoted are not guarantees and are estimates of approximate dates. Buyer agrees that the Seller shall not be liable for any fees or costs based on Buyer's reliance on quoted estimated ship dates or estimated delivery dates.
No exchanges, returns or credits. Order cannot be suspended, reduced or cancelled by Buyer. Buyer does agree that the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order at anytime, refunds subject to 25% restocking fees plus freight fees. If a return goods authorization is issued it is not intended to be a guarantee of refund or a basis for relying upon a refund due. An return authorization does not automatically mean an acceptance of return. Returns must be made within 5 days of issuance of the RGA. Must be in original packaging with all manuals and instructions. An RGA is non-transferable and good for one use only. All freight must be prepaid on goods returned by the Buyer. Only products that are defective at the time you receive them are considered for return authorization. Refunds for any return goods is always subject to inspection and approval that the product falls within guidelines. As a distributor we are not authorized to accept return goods product on behalf of any factory, manufacturer or supplier or to provide approval for a product return. If the product origin accepts returns the return is subject to, product origin written approval. Packages must be returned in original condition. Buyer agrees to pay a 25% restocking fee of the Buyer's sale price and will be charged and deducted from the refund, shipping costs are not refunded. Partially or seriously damaged will not be accepted with no refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Governing Law and Consent to Jurisdiction. Buyer waives trial by jury, submits to Applicable agreement mediation shall be State of California, County of Ventura.
