The qualify, performance, or fitness for use of any nylon sling, chain, wire rope or other rigging product is always premised on the condition that the strengths apply only to new, unused items, that the mechanical equipment on which these items are used is properly designed and maintained, handled, stored, used and inspected on a regular basis.
